How do I place an order?

Orders are placed using our easy to navigate online Bespoke Platform where you can view all fabric and product options.

How do I find out the latest delivery times?

Our online Bespoke Platform has live lead time information.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, but please contact the Ashley Wilde customer service team if you have a query with your order.

Can I amend my order?

Please contact Ashley Wilde customer services as quickly as possible to advise. Orders which have already been released to production cannot be amended or cancelled.

What is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge is £13.50 +VAT per order.

I cannot access branded designs on the Bespoke Platform

Please speak to your Ashley Wilde representative, you need to have purchased the collection book relative to your enquiry.

What happens if my binds are damaged during delivery?

We take responsibility for the damaged goods. Please send us proof of the damage and we will send you a remade product with priority delivery for free. Please see Ashley Wilde terms and conditions.

I have fitted the roman blind and it is not going up straight when being raised

Please check the back of the blind. Child safety clips may have unclipped from the cords. Fully extend the blind and clip it back into position.

 I have received my Roman blind/Curtain, but they have not been made to the measurements I ordered?

Please check your order confirmation and then raise a query with our customer services if required.

I have received my Roman blind and the fabric is creased.

Whilst every care is taken when packing the product for delivery, some creases may be visible once the roman blind is installed. The blind should be installed and left fully down for 2-3 days to allow for any creases to naturally fall out. If creases persist, then a light steam should be applied to the affected area. Please note that a barrier cloth should be used when steaming. Steam should not be applied directly on to the fabric.

I have received my Curtains and the fabric is creased.

Whilst every care is taken when packing the product for delivery, some creasing may be visible once the curtains are hung on the track or pole. We recommend steaming curtains however steam should never be applied directly on to the fabric. To dress the curtains gently help the folds in the fabric form and tie back with a ribbon at the top, middle and bottom. Leave for 24/48hrs to ensure the folds are fully formed.

Can my Roman blind or Curtains be washed?

Curtains can be professionally dry cleaned only. Always ensure the pair is cleaned at the same time.

To help Roman blinds look their best for longer, use an upholstery brush on a vacuum cleaner to gently clean. If Roman Blinds need to be dry cleaned, the rods and bottom bar need to be removed and the fabric removed from the system.
